John’s hobbies are basketball, badminton, and volunteering at St. Francis Church as the Purpose-Driven Life Coordinator. He is Vice-Chairman of Trustees at LTCC (Luton Town Centre Chaplaincy) and also sits on the Management Committee of Luton Street Pastors. John lives in Luton with his wife and three children.

Karen joined LAMP in September 2007 as the Fundraiser. Prior to that Karen had been a mum at home to four children. Karen's background in HR and she was senior training officer in Stevenage. She has been fundraising for over twenty years for various charities.
Karen enjoys working at LAMP because she likes feeling that she is changing lives especially for young people.

Shirley joined LAMP in October 2010 as an Administrator. She previously worked for 9 years in a local printing and publishing company doing various roles including customer services and product promotion

Celia has been working at LAMP for nine and a half years. And has seen it change from a small organisation into something much larger and able to deal more effectively with the young people who seek LAMP's help. Previously she worked for Beds Youth Service.
Celia is married and has three daughters. The eldest daughter is married with three children and works as a Housing Officer for Aylesbury D.C. The second is a physiotherapist working in London and the third left a career as an editorial assistant to join the Metropolitan Police Force.

Mick has been with LAMP since 2006 after serving in the local fire Service for many years (too many to mention)
He enjoys the variety of work at LAMP and helping young people move on with their lives.
Mick's hobbies include amateur dramatics, where he is involved in two local groups and bowls

Natalie is a Resettlement Advisor that came to LAMP from her university student placement. Natalie is now a qualified Social Worker from the University of Bedfordshire.
As a Resettlement Advisor, Natalie interviews homeless young people and finds suitable housing for them. In the near future, Natalie would like to focus on the needs that come beyond curing acute homelessness such as independence and career-building, assisting young people in a more holistic way by empowering them and encouraging success, confidence, and self-esteem.
Natalie is an avid reader, focusing on social work themes that benefit her career path as well as fiction and horror genres. She commutes to LAMP from Hertfordshire.

Josh is the newest member of the LAMP team and has taken up the role of Homelessness Prevention Manager. His aim is to raise the profile of LAMP and give young people a greater awareness of the dangers of homelessness. He wants to stop homelessness at its root by preventing family breakdown.
Josh loves all types of sport and currently plays underwater hockey where he is attempting to make the Great Britain Squad. He has a passion for young people and is heavily involved with youth work in his church and manages the youth work in Toddington village.

Danny Kelly has worked for LAMP's finance management for eight years. He has watched the organisation grow from a small group to its current capacity.
At first, Danny was approached by a friend to volunteer at LAMP. After leaving NOAH in 2002, Danny became a LAMP volunteer then a staff member. Danny appreciates working in a Christian environment and is also involved in two prayer groups outside of LAMP.
